This role combines office-based work with field-based prospecting, where you'll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing sales for the Commercial Roofing Division. You'll be the face of RoofPRO in the market, engaging with property management companies, industry organizations, and potential clients to establish and grow business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop new business relationships with property management companies, commercial real estate professionals, and key industry players such as CAI, MMHA, PMA, and BOMA.</li><li>Generate monthly project opportunities from newly established property managers and communities.</li><li>Conduct sales meetings, make cold calls, attend trade shows, and network at industry events.</li><li>Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring deals are successfully finalized and revenue targets are met.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities and track the sales pipeline in CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with the Commercial Estimating team to secure bids and close sales.</li><li>Secure last-look opportunities to improve closing rates and increase sales success.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roofing.</li><li>Established relationships with property management companies and industry groups are preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation, networking, and outbound sales experience.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM software and social media for outreach and business development.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and drive revenue growth.</li></ul>Why Join RoofPRO?<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive base salary of $75,000 with commission opportunities up to $160,000.</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development with clear paths for career advancement.</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Technology package (iPhone, iPad)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Maryland Saves Retirement program.</li><li>Join a team that values collaboration, integrity, and delivering exceptional results.</li></ul>If you're ready to bring your sales experience to a growing, dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of RoofPRO, we want to hear from you!
