RoofPRO, an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, is expanding our sales team! We're hiring an experienced, motivated Insurance Roofing Sales Consultant to help homeowners navigate insurance claims and secure the roofing solutions they need while building a high-earning career.

What You'll Do 

• Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, door-to-door outreach, and adjuster networking 
• Assist homeowners with navigating insurance claims and paperwork
• Conduct roof inspections and storm damage assessments 
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals with homeowners 
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system 
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service 

What You Bring 

• Prior experience in insurance restoration, roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred) 
• Understanding of insurance claim processes and working with adjusters
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals independently
• Tech-savvy and organized comfortable using CRM systems 
• Valid driver's license with a clean record 
• Willingness to obtain the MHIC Sales License (if not already licensed)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening 
• Comfortable working outdoors, conducting inspections, and climbing ladders
