What You'll Do 

• Estimate exterior construction projects for multifamily buildings (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) 
• Review blueprints, conduct site visits, and utilize satellite tech for takeoffs
• Write detailed scopes of work and proposals that win bids 
• Collaborate with our Business Development team to strategize and close sales
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and property managers
• Use tools like MarketSharp, HubSpot, and Google Docs to track project details
• Continuously refine estimating processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in commercial estimating, preferably roofing or exterior envelope projects 
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction and bid specs
• Sales-minded with excellent negotiation and closing skills 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and contract documents
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM platforms and estimating software
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
