What You'll Do: 

• Prospect new leads via door-to-door, calls, and networking with adjusters
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims after roof/storm damage
• Conduct roof inspections and storm assessments (ladder work required)
• Build rapport, present options, and close deals with confidence 
• Keep accurate notes and files in our CRM system 
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients from inspection to install

What You Bring: 

• Experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or home improvement sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with insurance claims and adjuster communications 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights 
• MHIC Sales License (or willingness to obtain) 
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
