What You'll Do: 

• Prospect new leads through door-to-door outreach, calls, and adjuster networking
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process after storm damage
• Perform roof inspections and storm assessments (ladder work required)
• Present solutions, build trust, and close sales with confidence
• Maintain accurate notes and client files in CRM
• Stay engaged with clients from inspection through installation

What You Bring: 

• Sales experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or home improvement (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance claims and adjuster communications
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• MHIC Sales License (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
