RoofPRO, a Platinum Preferred Owens Corning Contractor, is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present roofing and exterior options, and close projects with integrity.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. We provide strong lead flow, brand reputation, and training--you bring drive, professionalism, and follow-through.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners from inbound leads and referrals (no cold calling).
• Present roofing and exterior solutions that fit client needs and budgets.
• Create estimates and close sales with honesty and accuracy.
• Maintain client details and job updates in CRM software.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless handoffs.

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience in roofing, home improvement, or construction.
• Confident, trustworthy, and skilled at building relationships.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong follow-up habits.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• MHIC Sales License (or willingness to obtain).
